Responsibilities:
Receive, organize, and check in titles before Auctions Keep inventory of all titles on hand Send lists of needed titles to Account Manager for assistance Scan, print, and notate copy of title per established guidelines Verify title information (VIN, Description, Year, Make, Model) and notate date received in Auction Programs.
Answer any phone calls or emails concerning titled items in upcoming auctions or past auctions Get completed title request forms and all necessary documents Perform Cashier duties as needed REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Access Great customer service skills Great communications skills Team player Capable to work independently on a task to its completion.
Great Organizational skills Able to work in a fast pace environment Able to travel for auctions when needed Job Type:
