oOnboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies oDevelop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business oProcess current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims oEvaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations oEnsure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications oStrong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do).

oActive Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus oPrevious customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred oMust have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired oStrong interpersonal and communication skills are a must oPrior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus Recommended Skills Accounting Billing Claim Processing Coaching And Mentoring Cold Calling Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
